Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the motion carried. Millrace Culverts - The City Manager reported to the Cauncil a problem concerning a culvert in the millrace behind an apartment house an Garden Way, owned by Land Associates, Inc. A discussion with the awners resulted in an agreement to remave the small culverts which had created the problem, restaring the millrace to the candition in which it was several weeks ago. An alternative plan for parking will be submitted to the city for approval. ORDINANCES Cauncil Bill No. 9277 - Defining charitable solicitation; permits therefor; fees and certain prohibition. The City Attorney requested that this ordinance be held for amendment. The Council agreed. Mr. McDonald maved secanded by Mrs. Hayward that the Council accept the concept of this ordinance, e but refer it back to the City Attarney for housekeeping changes. Motion carried.
