ORDINANCE A <br /> <br />reference column in Table 9.7205: <br /> <br />Table 9.7205 Type II Application Requirements and Criteria <br />Type II ApplicationsBeginning Reference <br /> <br /> <br />Partition: <br />- Tentative Plan EC 9.8200 <br />[- Final Plat] [EC 9.8225] <br /> <br />Subdivision: <br />- Tentative Plan EC 9.8500 <br />[- Final Plat] [EC 9.8550] <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 24. <br /> The entries for “Partition” and “Subdivision” in Table 9.7230 of <br />Section 9.7230 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide as follows: <br />9.7230 Expiration. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> The planning director’s approval of an application shall expire in 12 months, <br />18 months, or 36 months from the effective date of approval, depending upon <br />the type of land use application as specified in Table 9.7230 Expiration of <br />Type II Application Approvals, or as provided in subsections (2) through (9) of <br />this section.
