<br /> opment Project in State Street Area - an A-2 Channel right of way which the City

<br /> Acquisition of property~ John W. Nielson - Broperty located in the area of the Eugene
<br /> Treatment Plant site. The City has previously attempted to purchase property adjacent
<br /> to the sewage treatment plant site as it comes on the market. Negotiations with John
<br /> " W. Nielson for a 71/2 acre site have proceeded and it is recommended the land be
