<br />Regarding C. B. 9417 through 9421" City Manager explained..that. the condemnatiou,.or.cfiuaIl,ces will give
<br />legal authorization for staff to proceed to condemnation, if. necessary,. Staff, will, continue to
<br />negotiate with the' property owner in the ,hope that some resolution may be reached without going
<br />to court.

<br />The City has a deadline to provide an easement for SCS ,to, proceed this summer,., and these ordinances
<br />will facilitate meeting this.
