Recommend installation of "Yield" signs protecting Alder Street traffic between 24th and 28th. Commission also recommended budgeting funds for construction of traffic diverters on residential streets such as Alder in order to discourage their use as through streets. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at this time.
