Motion carried unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1995 - Authorizing conditional use permit to allow mobile home for night <br /> watchman at 1790 Highway Ninety-nine North (J & L Mobile Homes) was submitted. <br />I Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilillan Williams asked if this request had been reviewed by the Planning Commissbn. Manager <br /> explained that it had been approved by the Building Department and comes directly to the Counc il . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1996 - Declaring a deficit assessment and calling public hearing thereon, <br /> was submitted. (10th and Oak Overpark) <br /> Manager explained that this is an assessment for theEugene Overpark.
