RESOLUTION NO. 1994 - Revoking Resolution 1551, updating and revising policies to guide Planning Co mmission and Council in making decisions relative to housing for low income families in Eugene was submitted. ,\ Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 1995 - Authorizing conditional use permit to allow mobile home for night watchman at 1790 Highway Ninety-nine North (J & L Mobile Homes) was submitted. I Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. Councilillan Williams asked if this request had been reviewed by the Planning Commissbn. Manager explained that it had been approved by the Building Department and comes directly to the Counc il . RESOLUTION NO. 1996 - Declaring a deficit assessment and calling public hearing thereon, was submitted. (10th and Oak Overpark) Manager explained that this is an assessment for theEugene Overpark.
