Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />Reso~ution No. 2007 - Authorizing agreement with Eugene Renewal Agency to provide technical <br />assistance to the City on Federally assisted projects was submitted. <br /> <br />Manager explained that the contract will allow the Renewal Agency staff to work on applica- <br />tions for neighborhood development p!r)ograms, workable program, etc . Funds are already <br />allocated and this allows continuation of present arraggements at no additional cost. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present <br />voting aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2008 - Designating alley one-way westbound between 11th and 12th Avenues from <br />Lawrence Street to Washington Street was submitted. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution.
