All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 16362 . Council Bill No. 9572 - Adopting plans and specifications for construction of sanitary sewer in area between Delta Highway and 1250 feet east of Delta Highway from 500 feet south of Goodpasture Island Road to 1500 feet north of Goodpasture Island Road was read the firsttime by council bill number and title only, no councilman present requesting that it be read in full. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. and enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the council bill be ppproved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 1997 - Approving Charter and Agreement for Lane Council of Governments and agree- ing to become a member, was submitted. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimOUSly, on rollcall vote. Resolution No. 1998 - Calling hearing January 24, 1972 re: Abatement of building at 431 East 3rd Avenue (Shirley-Universal Developers) was submitted. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously on rollcall vote. Resolution No. 1999 - Calling hearing January 24, 1973 re: Abatement of building at 631 West 11th Avenue (Skillern-Mansell) was submitted. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously on rollcall vote. Resolution No. 2000 - Calling hearing January 24, 1972 re: Mobile home at 460 North Danebo Road for nightwatchman living quarters (Danebo Parts and Equipment) was submitted. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously on rollcall vote. Resolution No. 2001 - Authorizing payment of bills, clailTS, and progress payments, was submi tted~ Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously on rollcall vote. The City Manager announced a public hearing to be held jointly before the Lane County Planning Commission and Springfield and Eugene Planning Commissions on the 1990 General Plan as revised, on Thursday, January 13, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. in the Eugene City Council Chamber. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned to Hc:nday, January 24, 1~72. As a matter or record it is mted that Kenneth W. Reeder, vice president and manager of Oregon Hutual Savings Bank;, P. 0; Box 19 8lJ, was appointe~ as a member of the Planning Commis'sion on October 15, ,1971 replacing Horven C.
