Motion carried on rollcall vote, all <br />councilmen present voting aye. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2013 - Authorizing quitclaim of surplus easement across private property at 24th <br />Avenue and Adams Street (EWEB) was submitted. <br /> <br />Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution. Motion carried on rollcall vote, all <br />councilmen present voting aye. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2014 _ Authorizing participation in Federal program for Flood Plain Insurance was <br />s ubmi tted. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Manager said a review was made with regard to staff time which would be necessary to imple- <br />ment and the conclusion was that it would be routine and very minor. He said the protection <br />afforded by the plan would probably be greater in those areas subject to flood which might <br />be annexed to the City in the future. The insurance would also cover areas subject to mud <br />slides, hillside slippagel, etc. There seems to be no reason to deny potential protection to <br />citizens of the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution. Motion carried on rollcall vote, all <br />councilmen present voting aye. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2015 - Authorizing payment of bills, claims, and progress payments for period <br />January 24, 1972 to February 14, 1972 was submitted. <br /> <br />~.
