Mrs. Beal moved s~conded by Mr. Teague that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with' unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactme~tD.e considered at this time. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague that the bill be held until the August 14, 1972 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimous,ly. V - Res01utions I Resolution No. 2077'- Authorizing amendment to Lower Amazon and Flat Creek Project agreement with Soil Conservation Service (increase City share by $585.60) was submitted. I Mrs. Beal moved ,seconded by Mr. Teague to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, 'motion' carried. . Resolution No. 2078 - Authorizing payment of bills, claims, and progress payments for period June 26 thrOu~h July 10, 1972 was submitted. Councilman McDonald questioned the cost for River Road study. Manager sa:id it was a planHing cost I in figuring what the cost would be to River Road residents and to the City for City services in the event annexatiOn should occur. The amount listed is incl uded in the 197J:-72 budget. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague to adopt the res01ution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried.
