Manager sa:id it was a planHing cost <br /> I in figuring what the cost would be to River Road residents and to the City for City services in <br /> the event annexatiOn should occur. The amount listed is incl uded in the 197J:-72 budget. <br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague to adopt the res01ution. Rollcall vote.
