I Mrs. Beal moved seconded~by Mr. Teague that Items A through N be approved, affirmed and filed as noted (except Item B as voted upon separately). Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. II - Reconsideration, Liquor License Application - Riviera Tavern, 99 River Avenue - John T. Langan, applicant, Retail Malt Beverage Class C. - Councilman Williams said after discussion with several other Council members he felt there were enough who had changed their minds about action on this application to merit its re- cons ideration Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague to reconsider the application of the Ri viera Tavern. It was understood that OLCC would be notified, if the vote is favorable, that the applica- tion will be reconsidered by the Council and request for OLCC to delay their action until after that reconsideration. There was discussion on vote of the Council required for re- consideration, and the Chair ruled a majority vote would pass the motion. Vote was taken on reconsideration. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague that public hearing on reconsideration of the Riviera Tavern application be scheduled for the July 24, 1972 Council meeting. ~anager said both the applicant and those people whose names appeared on the original report from OLCC will be informed of the second hearing.
