' <br /> e V - Resolutions <br /> Resolution No. 2105 - Amending Council Bylaws re: Hearings Procedure was submitted. <br /> ~ <br /> City Attorney's redraft of the resolution was read. Mayor Anderson asked who appoints the hear- <br /> ing panel and was told the resolution callsror its being established by the Council. Councilman <br /> Mohr suggested' a roster be prepared showing rotation of duty among Council members. It ,was <br /> understood procedure would be drafted ror Council consideration. <br /> Mr. Mohr moved seconded by' Mrs. Beal to adopt-the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, <br /> all councilmen present voting aye; ~ ,9/ <br />
