<br />. Construction of Amazon Bike Trail from 15th and Jefferson to 16th and Friendly - funds
<br /> for construction budgeted on basis of asphalt surfacing. Parks subsequently recommended
<br /> concrete surfacing on which basis the bid was called. In view of effect on the balance
<br /> of this bicycle route, review by Bicycle Committee was recommended to determine whether
<br /> to call new bids on asphalt surfacing or reject.
