Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams that the bill be referred to the January 29, 1973 Hearing Panel and brought~back for Council consideration of Panel recommendation on February 12, 1973. Motion carried unanimously. Council Bill No. 162 - Levying assessments for paving and storm sewer on Monroe Street from 28th Avenue to 550 feet south; sanitary sewer east and west of Monroe Street from south line of Arcadia Park to 160 feet south (72-24) was submitted and read by council bill number and title only, there being no councilman present requesting that it be read in full. . , Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams that the bill be referred to the January 29,' 1973 Hearing Panel and brought back for Council consideration of. Panel recommendation on February 12, 1973. Mot ion carried unanimously. Council Bill No. 163 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer to serve industrial lots be- tween West 1st and 5th Avenues and between Bertelsen Road and Seneca Road (72-38) was submitted and read by council bill number and title only, there being no councilman present requesting that it be read in full. Mrs. Bealmoved seconded by Mr. Williams that the bill be referred to the January 29, 1973 Hearing Panel and brought back for Council consideration of PaDel recommendation on 'February 12, 1973. Motion carried unanimously. Schedule of Council Members January through March April through June July through September October through December for Hearing Panel Councilmen Hershner and Wood Councilmen McDonald and Keller Councilwoman Beal and Councilman Williams Councilwoman Campbell and Councilman Murray v - Resolutions Resolution No. 2136 - Authorizing purchase from Southern Pacific Transportation Company for $2400 SCS A-3 Drainage Channel was submitted. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen voting aye, motion carried. Resolution No. 2137 - Authorizing'Char.les Dallas, purchasing agent, to obtain transfer to City of Federal and State surplus property, was submitted. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, all councilmen present voting aye. Resolution No. 2138 - Authorizing payment of bills, claims, and' progress payments for period December 18, 1972 through January 8, 1973, was submitted. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. Motion carried, all councilmen present voting aye.
