<br />1250 feet east of Delta Highway from 500 feet south of Goodpasture Island Road to 1500 feet
<br />north of Goodpasture Island Road (72-16), submitted and read the first time on February 8,1973
<br />and the second time on February 12,1973 and referred to Hearing Panel on February '19,1973,
<br />was brought back for consideration of Panel recommen~at~on to defer collection of assessment
<br />for Phases II, III, and IV of Flintridge Village PUD ~ubject to granting trunk line easement,
<br />and subject to working out time limit 'for development'of Phases II, III, and IV.

<br />commercial zoning was previously discussed. Manager pointed out its location on a map showing
<br />it east of the Delta Highway and the Kingsley Road property.

<br />for Baricrofting on deferred assessments so that the City does not have to pay them out of the
