A proposal was negotiated with the <br />County on a number of lots foreclosed over a period of time for non-payment of <br />taxes or assessments where both the City and County have an interest. Agreement <br />was reached to clear the County's interest of $12;196.88 for $9,619.23, doing away <br />the need for negotiating with both County and City in disposing of the properties. <br />I Staff recommended buying County's interest so that ci ty can sell the lots if the <br />opportuni ty arises.
