Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. IV - Ordinances Council Bill No. 208 - Amending Sections 9.392, 9.394, and 9~396 of City Code re: Resi- dential Professional Districts, read the first time on March 27, 1973 and held pending more information on buffering, was brought back and read the second time by council bill number only, there being no councilman present requesting that it be read in full.
