<br />Council Bill No. 225 - Levying assessments for sidewalk on west side of Cheryl Street be-
<br />tween Bonnie View Drive and Crescent Avenue adj acent to Lots 1, 12', and 13, Block 1, Lakecrest
<br />Park Subdivision (72-60), read the first time on April 30, 1973 and referred to May 21, 1973
<br />Assessment Hearing Panel, was brought back for levy of assessm~nts as proposed and read the
<br />second time by council bill number only, there being no councilman present requesting that it
<br />be read in full.
<br />
<br />Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams that the bill be approved and given final pass~ge. Roll-
<br />call vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 16797.

<br />Council Bill No. 226 -'Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between 9th Avenue.and 11th
<br />Aven~e from McKinley frreet to City View Street (72-64), read the first time on April 30, 1973

<br />as proposed and read the second time by council bill number only, there being no councilman

<br />Assessments Hearing Panel, was brought back for levy of assessments as proposed and read the
<br />second time by council bill number only, there being no councilman present requesting that it
<br />be read in full.
