<br />Councilman McDonaldasked,about the $24,000 item for signals. Manage~ explained that it was for
<br />equipment on 6th and 7th, in conjunction with the State, and for repair equipment for signal
<br />maintenance and other traffic signal suppli~s. Manager add~d.that the $55,912.50 item to Emery
<br />and Mildred Pruitt was the City's last payment on a 50/50 t>asis with the Federal gover~ment for
<br />acreage in SpencersButte Park.
