<br /> than 36 feet. She said it was a short residential deadend street with structures cl.ose to
<br /> the curbline which w.ould create a safety hazard. Also, the narrower width would result in
<br /> lower assessment for l.ow-inc.ome property owners. She thought 70% of the property represented
<br /> w.ould opp.ose the improvement if they were familiar with the procedure f.or objecting.
