Manager explained that the money is borrowed to pay contractors <br /> for improvement projects which is then repaid by property owners. He noted the current interest <br /> from 7.0 to 7.2% on short term notes and 9% prime interest rate. . <br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Williams to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote.
