' <br /> <br />Manager called attention to .copies of neighborhood charters attached to the agenda, <br />for Wednesday committee-of-the-whole meeting and the provision for memberhsip,fee <br />in the Oak Hills charter. He said it would appear not acceptable since it would <br />require payment of a fee to be a member of the neighborhood group and could limit <br />membership. Staff felt iL inappropriate and that it could be d~leted without <br />damaging charter provisions.
