<br />(1720) Staff recommended award of contracts by Eugene Renewal Agency. Manager explained that the
<br />city was under contract with ERA to participate. A list of the projects was read.

<br />In response to questions from Councilman McDonald with regard to source of funds for the
<br />projects, it was explained they would not come from property tax revenues. In the event
<br />a reduction in the budget was necessary'because of voter r~ection, funds could be trans-
<br />ferred, but that was not anticipated.

<br />Project paving and sewers, and award contract to Bostick Construction on Somerset
<br />(1815) Hills II paving and sewers under bid waiver procedure. Rollcall vote. All
<br />council members present voting aye, motion carried.

<br />no councilman present requesting that it be read in full.
