Manager explained that it was an <br /> extension of a line into the industrial area along the Coos Bay Branch of the SP line. <br /> Property owners wish to develop some land in that area.this year. Staff recommended ac- <br /> ceptance of the petition. <br /> Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Wood to approve the petition. Rollcall vote. <br /> All councilmemberspresent voting aye, Mr. Hershner not present, the motion <br /> carried. <br /> Council Bill No. 626 - Paving alley between Willamette Street and Oak Street from <br /> 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue was read the first time by council bill number and title only, <br /> there being no council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Wood that the bill be read the second time by council <br /> bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered <br /> at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council <br /> ...h bill number only. <br />- Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Wood that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br /> Rollcall vote.
