<br /> Mr. Williams moved seconded by-Mrs. Campbell that the bill be read the second time <br /> by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment <br /> be considered at this time. Rollcall vote. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 2329 - Stating city's position with regard to National Energy <br /> Policy was read by number and title. <br /> Councilwoman Campbell expressed appreciation for Council approval of the resolution on an e <br /> emergency basis. She said the resolution was presented at the FEA hearing in Portland on <br /> September 13 and was made a part of the record. <br /> Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Wood to adopt the resolution.
