Council Bill No. 696 - Adopting plans and specifications for construction of sanitary sewer to serve area between 200 feet south of 41st Avenue (extended) and 400 feet north of 41st Avenue (extended) and between East Amazon Drive and North Shasta Loop was read by council bill nunlber and title only, there being no council 4 member present requesting that it be read in full. Mrs. Campbell moved seconded by Mr. Wood that the bill be read the second time by council bill nunlber only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time.
