<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason said the choice between allocating funds for street and alley <br />rehabilitation and for the airport reserve is a policy decision. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said a decision now might be premature because more information <br />will be available when negotiations with the airlines are completed.
