She said the East Skinner Butte <br /> historical area has been protected by the City ordinance and has <br /> prospered. <br /> Answering a question from Ms. Wooten, Ms. Daly said the HRB may meet with <br /> the Planning Commission to discuss code changes or a subcommittee may <br /> recommend code changes to the HRB. <br /> Mr. Holmer commended the HRB for informing him of the basis for <br /> designating the Kennell Ellis Building a City Landmark. <br /> IV.
