RECONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 19386 CONCERNING LAND USE <br /> FEES (memo distributed) <br /> Assistant City Manager Dave Whitlow said the first reading of Ordinance <br /> No. 19386 was passed on June 9, 1986. On June 11, 1986, the council tabled <br /> the matter to today's meeting. He recommended the council defeat Ordinance <br /> No. 19386 in light of the council's request on July 21 for the staff to <br /> present a policy framework for establishing certain fees. <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill <br /> be approved and given final passage.
