He said the staff is cautious. <br /> Mr. Rutan said he would like the council to take a position on Measures 7, 9, <br /> 11, 12, and 14 and make the position public. Then, the council can decide if <br /> it wants to do more. <br /> Ms. Schue said she would like the council to take a position on the property <br /> tax limitation measures as soon as possible. Mr. Gleason suggested the <br /> council consider the measures on Wednesday, September 24. <br /> Ms. Ehrman said the council will have to decide whether or not to consider <br /> measures other than those concerning property tax limitations.
