Budget Process <br /> Mr. Rutan said Kim Short and Gary Pape', Budget Committee members, have <br /> requested a discussion of the budget process. Consequently, they and <br /> Mr. Rutan will meet with Mr. Gleason and Assistant City Manager Dave Whitlow. <br /> G. Council Goals Session <br /> Mr. Rutan said he would like to have the November Council Goals Session turned <br /> over to the councilors sooner than it has been in the past. <br /> Answering a question from Mr. Hansen, Mr. Gleason said the council usually has <br /> dinner Friday evening and discusses processes for the session. On Saturday, <br /> the councilors discuss all the topics on the list.
