Laurie Seigel - Metro Plan, Chapter 3, Section G, Public Facilities and Services <br /> Policies are impacted by the proposed amendment and the proposed amendment <br /> would be inconsistent with this section of the Metro Plan. <br /> <br />The Metro Plan chapter on Public Facilities and Services does not expressly address <br />public safety services. It expresses policies primarily on sewer, water, transportation, <br />planning & coordination, schools, and solid waste. Approaching the issue from the <br />perspective of Statewide Planning Goal 11 would only require a Public Facility Plan for <br />water, sewer, and transportation. There is no discernable inconsistency with chapter 3, <br />section g in a policy that would authorize formation of a public safety district <br /> <br /> 5. Rob Handy <br /> 6.
