Obie. <br /> <br />I. PRESENTATION OF PLAQUE TO PRESIDENT HANSEN <br /> <br />Mayor Obie discussed the excellent work Mr. Hansen did as a City Councilor for <br />the last four years and as president of the council in 1986. In recognition of <br />his service to the community, Mayor Obie presented a plaque to Mr. Hansen. <br /> <br />II. INTRODUCTION OF EUGENE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen introduced the councilors and discussed their responsibilities and <br />accomplishments. <br /> <br />Each councilor responded briefly to the introduction. <br /> <br />III. OATHS OF OFFICE <br /> <br />City Recorder Gary Long administered the oath of office to Ms. Schue, <br />Mr. Holmer, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Bennett. <br /> <br />IV.
