Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die. 2/17 <br /> Expands criminal homicide to include causing death of unborn child. Provides exception for <br /> HB 2379 6 Drop lawful abortions and acts committed by pregnant woman. 2/11 <br /> Allocates and appropriates moneys from 2003 increase in taxes and fees for certain vehicles <br /> to Oregon Department of Administrative Services for distribution among police agencies for <br /> specified purposes.
