Replaces <br /> list of unregulated items with reference to items identified by rule. Deletes certain definitions <br /> identifying characteristics of fireworks. Allows certain fireworks definitions to be supplemented <br /> HB 2190 2 Support/Am by rule. 2/01 <br /> Modifies definition of 'transient lodging' for transient lodging tax purposes to include houses, <br /> cabins, condominiums, apartment units, tent spaces and other dwelling units that are used for <br /> temporary human occupancy. Exempts certain dwelling units from state transient lodging tax. <br /> Authorizes Department of Revenue to adopt rules. Applies to transient lodging tax reporting <br /> periods beginning on or after January 1, 2006. Declares emergency, effective on <br /> HB 2202 2 Support passage. 3/24 <br /> Requires that telecommunications service provider provide written contract to customer after <br /> providing new services or changing services provided to customer. Requires <br /> telecommunications service provider to allow new customer to cancel contract within 30 days <br /> after activation of service. Requires telecommunications service provider to allow current <br /> customer to cancel contract, or elect different services, if services provided to customer are <br /> HB 2218 2 Support changed. Provides that violation of requirements is unlawful trade practice. 1/25 <br /> Prohibits collusion in competitive bidding on public contracts. Requires bidder for public <br /> contracts to submit noncollusion certificate with bid or sign noncollusion certificate as part of <br /> public contract. Defines noncollusion certificate. Imposes penalties for violation. Punishes by <br /> HB 2220 2 Support maximum six months' imprisonment, $2,500 fine, or both. 3/17 <br /> Modifies procedure for awarding public contract for procurement of goods or services not <br /> HB 2259 2 Support exceeding $5,000.
