Declares emergency, <br /> HB 2123 3 Neutral effective on passage. 3/09 <br /> Requires Director of Employment Department, when one employer transfers trade or <br /> business to another employer, to recalculate tax rates of employers based on transfer of <br /> unemployment experience attributable to transferred trade or business. Prohibits person from <br /> engaging in activity to transfer or acquire trade or business solely or primarily for purpose of <br /> obtaining lower tax rate.
