Punishes by maximum of 20 years' <br /> HB 3042 3 Support ~mprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. 4/14 <br /> Allows designation of not more than three chief petitioners for state initiative or referendum <br /> measure prior to date Secretary of State approves form of petition signature sheets. Establishes Rail <br /> Improvement Account and continuously appropriates moneys in account to Department of <br /> HB 3060 3 Support Transportation for rail improvement projects. 4/07 <br /> Authorizes city to annex territory without vote of electors in territory when more than half of <br /> owners of land in territory whose real property constitutes more than half of assessed value of <br /> all real property approve annexation in writing. Clarifies when annexation may proceed without <br /> vote of electors in city proposing annexation and when annexation may proceed without vote of <br /> electors in territory proposed to be annexed. Clarifies how annexation may proceed when there <br /> HB 3084 3 Monitor are no electors in territory proposed to be annexed. 4/14 <br /> Eliminates sunset on Department of Consumer and Business Services authority to study <br /> development and implementation of statewide program for electronic access to building codes <br /> information. Changes department authority to develop and implement limited-area pilot <br /> program to authority for permanent statewide program.
