Allows those customers to use biomass generation in addition to <br /> solar power, wind power, fuel cells and hydroelectric power. Allows Public Utility Commission to <br /> extend requirements of net metering law to customer-generator with generating capacity of <br /> SB 0084 3 Support more than 25 kilowatts if customer-generator is customer of public utility. 2/01 <br /> Creates crime of custodial sexual misconduct in first degree. Punishes by maximum of five <br /> years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of custodial sexual misconduct in <br /> second degree. Establishes <br /> rules governing passage of property from elderly and incapacitated persons who suffer physical <br /> or financial abuse that results in felony conviction of abuser.
