She said she can understand why an overpass is not included in the <br /> original plan because of the numerous complications involved. Ms. Bascom said <br /> she would like more discussion and examination of an overpass proposal. <br /> Ms. McAvey said an overpass will probably not be included in the final plan <br /> because it is not part of the funded development. PLANNING AND DOWNTOWN COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Obie asked Ms. Ehrman to announce the results of the Planning and <br /> Downtown commissions appointments. <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to appoint Kenneth <br /> To'lenar to the Planning Commission for a four-year term ending <br /> December 31, 1991, and Joy Morrow to the Downtown Commission for <br />e a four-year term ending December 31, 1991.
