Mr. Lyle said estimates would be expanded to <br />include a possible range of costs. <br /> <br />Mayor Obie requested that the City Manager report back on steps to be <br />taken in response to the letter from the Hearings Official. <br /> <br />Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Council Bill 3026 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Holmer moved, seconded by Ms. Bascom, that the bill be <br />approved and given final passage.
