FINDINGS OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL/APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (ALLEY <br /> PAVING BETWEEN 14TH AND 15TH AVENUES) (JOB #2329) <br /> City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the item. <br /> Ms. Wooten, moved seconded by Ms. Bascom, to approve the <br /> Hearings Official findings of August 30, 1988, and to approve <br /> the improvements for alley paving from 15th Avenue between Oak <br /> Street and Pearl Street and from Pearl Street between 14th and <br /> 15th avenues (Job #2329). Roll call vote; the motion carried <br /> unanimously, 8:0. <br /> Ms. Ehrman asked Mr. Lyle to report back to council on plans for the alley <br /> between 15th and 16th avenues. <br /> VII. MAYOR'S NOMINATION TO THE SOUTHERN WILLAMETTE PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL <br /> Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Ms. Bascom, to appoint Jacquelyn <br /> Romm to the Southern Willamette Private Industry Council to <br /> complete an unexpired term ending December 31, 1988.
