Mr. Gleason said the <br /> possibilities are extensive, but the most prevalent model is to build the <br /> structures by having some increment of the bUilding paid for out of the <br /> leases. <br /> Ms. Wooten said she would be interested in getting a report on centralized <br /> retail management.
