PUBLIC HEARING: EUGENE RENEWAL AGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 <br /> City Manager Micheal Gleason said the matter was heard by the Budget <br /> Committee which recommended the Eugene Renewal Agency's adoption of the <br /> supplemental budget under consideration. <br /> Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, <br /> Mayor Obie closed the public hearing. <br />e, Res.
