RESOLUTION REGARDING INTERIM FINANCING FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> Warren Wong, Finance Director, reported that the resolution would authorize <br /> the issuance of $2.3 million in short-term warrants to pay for construction <br /> financing of Bancroft projects already approved by the council. The sale <br /> will occur August 1, 1989. <br /> Res.
