My
interests include recreational bikes rides, enjoying open
spaces, gardening, spending time with my family and
exploring new places. I was very excited to learn that the
riverfront in eugene is under consideration for renewal.
Although it's so pristine and beautiful as it it, as a
member of the community I feel it is a wonderful asset
that can be expanded to be more inclusive of all in the
community, not just the joggers and bike riders who find
themselves gravitating toward the river. It's a wonderful
place that I boast about and show all those who visit me
here in Eugene. Currently it seems like there are some
limitations to seeing and experiencing the riverfront. I
can think of endless ways to enhance the opportunity
and am very excited to see what is possible.
No Suoolemental Answers
As a resident, I hope to bring some ideas of what the
residents of the City of Eugene would hope to have.
However, I also have the advantage of being a newer
resident and one who has traveled quite and bit and
explored other places. I would like to use this experience
to make Eugene more attractive both for visitors and new
business. This is a wonderful community which so much
to offer. I would be grateful to be part of this historic and
exciting development for the city of Eugene. My fiance is a
U of O alum and High School Teacher in town, we decided
to move back to Eugene, after having lived in other places,
but always thinking about living in eugene. I know that
Eugene is a City that is growing and it's very exciting to
have an opportunity to be part of this growth. I would love
to work with the local community, see what's in store for
the riverfront development, and learn and share how our
city can continue to be both environmentally and
economically sustainable.
n
x
3
z
3
Page 40 of 112 y C7
