I view <br />the EWEB site as a once -in -a -generation opportunity to <br />transform a truly special piece of real estate from a <br />blighted industrial zone to the finest mixed-use riverfront <br />development in the country. <br />No SUoolemental Answers <br />I hope to bring a technical perspective to the commission. <br />Paradigm has extensive experience in the field of mixed- <br />use urban real estate development, including riverfront <br />development and cleanup of environmentally contaminated <br />sites. Our firm applied to be the lead developer on the <br />EWEB project, and even though we weren't selected, we <br />still want to be involved and help make the project a <br />success.
