I <br />have supported organizations that mainly center on <br />youth as my boys have grown up in this community over <br />the last 22 years. I believe our community should be a <br />reflection of the people in this community, and where <br />they want it to go in the future. I am passionate about <br />true cultural diversity and all that it can bring to a <br />community such as history, arts, food, and beliefs. <br />Knowledge improves awareness that in turn leads to <br />acceptance. <br />Now that my son has gone off to college to be an <br />engineer, it is time for me to take the next step in helping <br />our community grow and thrive. I believe that my <br />background has influenced my desire to be an active part <br />of our community over the years and I look forward to <br />using by knowledge and skills on this community. <br />Additionally I think this role will add additional insight for <br />me as a person. <br />No SUoolemental Answers <br />My years of management will fit nicely in a board position, <br />as I am skilled at project management, communication, and <br />teamwork. Skills that come in handy to achieve our goal. <br />I want to become a member of this board because I care <br />about the community that I live and work in.
