M
Interested Applicants
InterestedApplicants
9/26/2017 1:36:51 PM
Personal Interest Contribution
As a UO alumna and resident of Lane County for more
than a decade, I have enjoyed watching the region and
community grow. Like my friends and neighbors, I enjoy
our expansive river paths, sharing our community spaces
and exploring the burgeoning dining scene. The
Riverfront District represents a transformational
opportunity for the entire community to thrive. By
expanding the downtown core, the Riverfront District
would bring living -wage jobs to the community, boost
tourism, and improve the quality of life of all Lane County
residents. I would be proud to contribute my time and
energy to support this significant effort.
No Suoolemental Answers
As a member of the UO Foundation's redevelopment
project team, I collaborated with partners at the City of
Eugene and EWEB during the UO Foundation's exclusive
negotiation to purchase the riverfront property. I became
very familiar with the Riverfront Master Plan, and built
professional and personal connections to the project. I
appreciate the vision and potential of the Master Plan, and
believe that my passion for public service, coupled with my
background in communications, public affairs and
community relations, would provide a unique perspective
and meaningful contribution to the committee.
n
x
3
z
3
Page 68 of 112 y C7
