When you <br />come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for <br />Eugene residents, your ward if known; you will have three minutes to <br />comment. There are lights on the timer; the red light indicates the end of <br />three minutes. <br />Mayor: Closes the public hearing. <br />Mayor: Asks for questions or comments from the City Council. <br />Mayor: Does any councilor object to taking action tonight? <br />Ifyes: Schedule action fora future meeting. <br />If no: <br />City Council President: I move to adopt Council Bill 5179, an ordinance <br />concerning State Traffic Laws, amending Section 5.005 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, and providing an effective date. <br />Call for vote. <br />4. ACTION: Motion to Approve Rest Stop <br />City Council President: I move to approve a rest stop site in the City -owned <br />parking lot on the southwest corner of 34th Avenue & Hilyard Street in <br />Eugene. <br />Call for vote. <br />The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the <br />Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. <br />S. ACTION: Appointments to Riverfront Renewal Guides for the <br />Riverfront Urban Renewal Plan <br />Urban Renewal Agency President: I move to appoint the nominated <br />individuals to the River Guides. <br />Call for vote. <br />Adjourn. <br />
