Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Mr. Rutan, to reappoint Nancy Nathanson to an at-large position on the Planning Commission, Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. After their votes were tabulated, councilors agreed to interview the two applicants who received the most votes for the remaining at-large position on the Planning Commission. Ms, Bascom moved, seconded by Mr. Rutan, to interview Jenny Sirnio and Richard Duncan for the vacant at-large position on the Planning Commission. Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Mr, Rutan, to reappoint Thomas Hoyt to the vacant at-large position on the Eugene- Springfield Metropolitan Partnership. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0.
